Lucknow Super Giants IPL 2022: Lucknow Team Logo, the Indian Premier League’s (IPL) new franchise, has released their logo. They recently announced their name – Lucknow Super Giants. The team lead by KL Rahul had previously released a video on Twitter displaying numerous logos. However, they have now talked of soaring to new heights with the logo.
They used Twitter to caption the video “Ascending to greatness. The Lucknow Super Giants are getting ready to spread their wings. Get ready to achieve greatness! “.. The Indian flag is represented by the wings, with a bat and ball in the centre.

The new franchise is owned by the RPSG Group, and they opted to poll its followers for feedback. Owner Sanjiv Goenka then revealed the team’s name in a video message.
“Thank you so much for responding so enthusiastically to the ‘Naam banao naam kamao’ contest. Thousands of people reacted, and we are delighted to have chosen the name for the Lucknow IPL franchise as a result “In his message, Goenka revealed the name of the team.
“And based on your suggestions, we’ve decided on the name Lucknow Super Giants. Thank you so much for your kindness and love, and may you continue to bless us in the future.”
The RPSG company purchased the franchise for Rs 7090 crores and went on to recruit KL Rahul for Rs 17 crore and make him captain, Marcus Stoinis of Australia for Rs 9.2 crore, and uncapped leg spinner Ravi Bishnoi for Rs 4 crore.
The major auction, which will take place in Bengaluru on February 12 and 13, will pit all of the franchises against each other. From the last week of March to the end of May, the BCCI will host the 2022 edition.
