Skipper Hayley Matthews produced a captain’s performance as she took the Player of the Match Award with her fourth ODI century of her career. The experienced pair of Stafanie Taylor and Chinelle Henry both made half-centuries as well.

WI-W Team Bowling 

Defending 298 to win, West Indies Women used eight bowlers, all with impressive run-rates, with Hayley Matthews, Afy Fletcher and Qiana Joseph the wicket takers. Zaida James bowled only two overs but will be hoping to get more overs in this match.

IRE Women 

IRE-W Team Batting 

There were strong batting performances from three of Ireland Women’s top four on Monday with Gaby Lewis hitting 83, Orla Prendergast making 37 and skipper Laura Delany scoring 40. Prendergast hit the only six of the innings and that will be an area Ireland Women will want to improve on in this game.
