Then, on the first hour of the IPL 2022 Auction, all 10 players from Set 1 were sold, with Shreyas Iyer being the most expensive buy at 12.25 crores.

1. Shimron Hetmyer- 8.5 Crores

Shimron Hetmyer, a middle order batsman for the West Indies, will play for the Delhi Capitals in the IPL 2022 after receiving an 8.5 crore bid.

2. Devdutt Padikkal-7.75 Crores
